Hi, I’m Cayley, a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across community, hospital and research settings.

At Waypoint Physio I provide mobile physiotherapy services, bringing high-quality care directly to clients in their homes and local communities to support independence, function and quality of life.

I have extensive experience improving the lives of people living with complex disabilities, respiratory conditions and neurological disorders such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. I take a person centred approach, tailoring each intervention to suit the individual’s goals, environment and support needs. I bring a proactive, friendly and collaborative approach to therapy, to create positive and sustainable outcomes for every client.

  • I have worked across a wide range of clinical settings within the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region. My professional experience spans acute and palliative care, rehabilitation and community settings, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of diverse clinical environments and client needs at all points along their journey. I also have experience in leadership roles, supporting and mentoring staff and coordinating service delivery to ensure high-quality care and improved client outcomes.
